Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and woodwork with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to creating high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately produce cabinetry and wood components Cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinet parts using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Install cabinets, fixtures, doors, trim, siding, and other woodwork on-site with precision and care Measure spaces accurately to ensure proper fitment of cabinetry and related fixtures Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely throughout the manufacturing or installation process Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets safety standards and design specifications Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to coordinate installation schedules and resolve technical issues efficiently Requirements Proven experience in cabinetry fabrication, installation, or related woodworking fields with construction site experience preferred Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders) and fabrication equipment Knowledge of construction estimating, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall finishing (plastering/stucco), flooring installation, tile laying, roofing, masonry or plumbing is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during assembly or installation tasks Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or unforeseen challenges Join us if you're passionate about woodworking craftsmanship!
