We're looking for an experienced cabinetmaker and millwork craftsperson to join our high-end fabrication team. This role is focused on building custom cabinetry, furniture, and architectural millwork with precision, efficiency, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in fine woodworking, understands quality construction, and can confidently work from shop drawings to bring custom projects to life.

Responsibilities:

Build custom cabinets, furniture, and millwork to detailed specifications Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and layouts Use professional woodworking tools, machinery, and CNC equipment Apply knowledge of wood species, joinery, hardware, and finishing methods Maintain quality throughout cutting, assembly, and finishing Keep projects moving on schedule Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Communicate clearly with the production and design team

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in custom cabinetry, furniture making, or architectural millwork Ability to read shop drawings and construction documents Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, organized, and deadline-focused CNC, CAD, or CAM experience is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working hands-on for extended periods
