Everything is built to order in our shop near Athens. I We're hiring builders to join our shop team. What you'll do Build face frames, doors, drawers, benches, and locker units from shop drawings and cut lists Assemble and sand units to a finish-ready standard Run a table saw, miter saw, planer, jointer, router, pocket-hole jig, and nail guns Check your own work against dimensions before it moves to finishing Help blanket wrap and load finished pieces for freight into our trailers Keep your station and the shop clean and organized as needed What we're looking for 1+ years in cabinetmaking, finish carpentry, furniture building, millwork, or a comparable trade Comfortable reading a tape to 1/16" and working from written specs and drawings Solid experience with standard woodworking machinery, and the judgment to use it safely Reliable attendance — the schedule only works if the whole team shows up Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet through the day Valid driver's license and US citizen or documented work VISA Experience with sprayed finishes, staining, or paint prep CNC or panel saw experience What we offer A family oriented, woodshop atmosphere that allows you to learn and grow your skills as a woodworker.
