We're looking for either: An experienced PPF Helper looking to continue developing their skills alongside experienced installers. An experienced Full-Time Paint Protection Film Installer who takes pride in producing exceptional work and is looking for a professional shop to call home. What You'll Do Install or assist in the installation of automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) Wash, decontaminate, and prepare vehicles for installation Remove and reinstall trim pieces when necessary Prepare film, installation solutions, and work areas Assist with complex installations and precision alignment Perform quality inspections before vehicle delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Care for tools, equipment, and installation materials Help deliver an exceptional customer experience through attention to detail We're Looking For Someone Who Is Detail-oriented and quality-driven Reliable and punctual Professional in both appearance and attitude Coachable and eager to improve Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Comfortable using hand tools Able to stand throughout the workday and lift up to 50 lbs Passionate about the automotive industry Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience RequirementsPPF Helper Minimum 6 months to 1 year of professional Paint Protection Film installation experience Comfortable with vehicle preparation, panel removal, film handling, and assisting with installations Eager to continue learning and advancing in the trade Experienced Paint Protection Film Installer 3+ years of professional Paint Protection Film installation experience Capable of completing high-quality installations independently Experience installing full front packages, full vehicle wraps, and custom bulk installations Experience using plotter-cut kits and making bulk installation adjustments Strong understanding of proper stretch techniques, edge wrapping, contamination control, and finish quality Consistently produces clean, precise, contamination-free installations Able to manage workflow while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship Why Dynamic Auto Pros?
