Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Custom Cabinet Builder and bring exceptional craftsmanship to life! In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality custom cabinets tailored to client specifications. Your expertise in woodworking, blueprint interpretation, and use of hand and power tools will ensure each project meets our standards of excellence. Whether you're experienced in framing, restoration, or general carpentry, your skills will help us deliver outstanding results to our clients. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately build custom cabinets. Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines. Ensure all cabinetry aligns with safety standards by following proper power tool safety protocols. Perform heavy lifting and precise assembly of cabinet components while maintaining quality control throughout the process. Collaborate with project managers and clients to confirm specifications and make adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines including rebar installation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and flooring installation when required. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, carpentry, woodworking, or residential carpentry. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for woodworking along with woodworking machines for precise fabrication. Strong understanding of construction plans, technical drawings, and interpreting technical specifications. Knowledge of wood construction materials such as cabinetry components Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with door hanging, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying or handyman experience is advantageous.
