Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and reliable Finish Carpenter/Cabinet Maker / Installer to join our team. This role involves building, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has experience with woodworking tools, cabinetry construction, and on-site installation, along with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and assemble custom cabinets and components according to drawings and specifications Install cabinets, trim, and related millwork at job sites Measure and verify dimensions to ensure proper fit and alignment Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently Load, transport, and unload cabinets and materials as needed Work with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area Troubleshoot installation issues and make adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or cabinet installation (preferred) Ability to read shop drawings and basic construction plans Proficiency with common woodworking tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Experience with custom cabinetry and millwork Knowledge of laminate, veneer, and finishing techniques Experience with job-site installation and trim carpentry
