Role Summary:

The Cabinet Maker is responsible for crafting high-quality custom and production cabinetry according to specifications. This includes cutting, assembling, and inspecting components to ensure every product meets MOX standards of quality, fit, and finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret cut lists, shop drawings, and work orders to build cabinet components with accuracy and efficiency Operate woodworking tools and machinery including table saws, edge banders, jointers, and CNC routers Assemble cabinet boxes, face frames, drawers, and specialty parts per MOX standards Ensure parts are labeled and tracked accurately through production stages Maintain clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols Collaborate with the Build, Finish, Assembly, and QC teams to ensure smooth handoffs Continuously look for ways to improve process, quality, and efficiency

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of cabinetmaking or woodworking experience preferred Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Comfort working with hand tools and woodworking equipment Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed (up to 75 lbs) Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and accountability What You Bring to
