We are looking for someone with at least two years of professional PPF installation experience who can deliver both excellent quality and strong production in a fast-paced environment. Diamond Shield provides consistent year-round installation volume, company-supplied tools and materials, a predictable weekday schedule, and advancement opportunities for installers who want to grow into lead or trainer roles. Estimated annual earnings range:
$60,000-$150,000 Proven top performers can earn $120,000 or more Initial compensation and ramp-up structure are based on demonstrated experience and installation skill Actual earnings depend on production volume, installation quality, attendance and individual performance We will explain the piece-rate structure, quality expectations and production standards during the interview process so qualified candidates can clearly understand the earning opportunity. What You'll Do Professionally install Paint Protection Film on motorhomes and other RV surfaces Complete large-format film installations accurately and efficiently Prepare and inspect surfaces before installation Properly align, apply and finish PPF using approved tools and installation methods Meet production expectations without sacrificing installation quality Inspect completed work and correct defects before release Maintain accurate and complete production records Keep tools, materials and work areas clean, organized and safe Represent Diamond Shield professionally while working with teammates and customers Help maintain Diamond Shield's standards for quality, service and continuous improvement Required Qualifications At least two years of professional Paint Protection Film installation experience Demonstrated ability to produce clean, consistent PPF installations Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work Ability to balance installation quality with production speed Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work a weekday day shift in Elkhart, Indiana Ability to safely perform work involving extended standing, reaching, bending and repetitive hand movements Ability to commute to Elkhart or relocate before starting work Preferred Experience PPF installation on large panels, oversized vehicles or complex surfaces High-volume production or piece-rate installation work Automotive or architectural window tint installation Vinyl wrap or graphics installation Experience training or supporting other installers Why Join Diamond Shield?
