You will take shop drawings, cut parts, and hardware and turn them into finished assemblies that are ready for delivery and installation. This role is the backbone of our production operation. The speed, quality, and consistency of our cabinet builders directly impact the success of every project we deliver. What This Role Isn't Not a general labor position Not repetitive work that requires little thought or attention Not a role for someone who needs constant supervision Not a place to prioritize quality at the expense of production pace Both matter here. You are expected to produce high-quality work at a professional, consistent pace. What You'll Own Cabinet Assembly Build commercial cabinetry and casework from shop drawings and work orders Assemble cabinets accurately and efficiently Install hardware, accessories, and specialty components as required Ensure assemblies are complete and ready for the next stage of production Quality of Work Produce clean, accurate assemblies that meet company standards Verify dimensions, hardware placement, and overall fit and finish Catch and correct issues before they move downstream Production Pace Maintain a consistent and professional build speed Balance quality with throughput Complete assigned work within established production schedules Problem Solving Identify issues before they become production delays Work through assembly challenges using sound judgment Communicate concerns early and clearly Ownership of Work Take responsibility for the quality and completeness of what you build Deliver work that is ready for finishing, delivery, or installation Minimize rework and callbacks What You'll Do Day-to-Day Review shop drawings and work orders Assemble commercial cabinetry and millwork components Install hardware and specialty accessories Verify quality throughout the build process Maintain a clean, organized work area Coordinate with production leadership and teammates as needed Deliver completed work that meets both quality and schedule expectations What We're Looking For Strong woodworking or cabinet assembly experience Ability to read and interpret shop drawings High attention to detail Consistent work habits and reliable attendance Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Willingness to learn, improve, and operate at a high level Preferred Backgrounds Commercial cabinetry Cabinet manufacturing Architectural millwork Residential or commercial woodworking Manufacturing and assembly environments What You'll Get Steady, year-round work Clear expectations and a performance-driven environment Opportunity to develop advanced woodworking and millwork skills A role where your work directly contributes to finished projects Opportunity to grow into higher levels of responsibility over time Who This Is For Someone who takes pride in building things the right way Someone who values both quality and efficiency Someone who enjoys hands-on work and visible results Someone who takes ownership of their work and follows through Someone who wants to continue developing their skills over time Who This Is Not For Someone who needs constant direction or supervision Someone who struggles to maintain consistent output Someone who cannot balance quality with efficient production Someone looking for a temporary or short-term position Someone who prefers excuses over accountability About Us Cabinetry & Millwork Concepts builds commercial cabinetry and architectural millwork for healthcare, financial, and educational environments.
