Interior Installer
Job Description:
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Interior Installer/Remover to join our corporate aircraft team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in installing and removing interior components of corporate aircraft, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Experience with Starlink systems is required. Key Responsibilities
Interior Installation and Removal:
Install and remove interior components of corporate aircraft, including seats, tables, and other furnishings.
Starlink Installation:
Install and troubleshoot Starlink systems, ensuring proper functionality and integration with aircraft systems.
Aircraft Preparation:
Prepare aircraft for interior installation or removal, including protecting surfaces and ensuring a safe working environment.
Quality Control:
Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to customer specifications.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Requirements
Experience:
2+ years of experience in corporate aircraft interior installation and removal.
Starlink Experience:
Direct experience with Starlink systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Performance Expectations
Quality Workmanship:
Deliver high-quality workmanship, ensuring that all installations and removals meet customer specifications and company standards.
Efficiency:
Complete tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and minimizing downtime.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Safety:
Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to established procedures and guidelines. Work Environment
Work Schedule:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, bend, and work in confined spaces.
Travel:
May be required to travel with aircraft for installations or removals.
