Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various Firestop products and UL rated systems, ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Duties Perform installations of products according to specifications and guidelines. Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to verify quality and performance. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients regarding installation processes. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during or after installation, providing solutions as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Working at heights and outside warm environments. Installing Weatherproofing and Firestop caulk on the inside and outside of buildings. Show up to work on time and every day. Experience Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with caulking is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A commitment to delivering high-quality work while meeting deadlines. Ability to operate a Man lift or Boom Lift. Ability to take instruction from supervision and carry out task communicated to you.
