Year-Round Employment Pay:
$18.00-$24.00+ per hour, based on experience Join One of New England's Leading Commercial Millwork Manufacturers Blessington Corporation is seeking a motivated Cabinet Maker / Millwork Assembler to join our growing team. We manufacture high-quality architectural millwork, commercial casework, reception desks, nurse stations, laboratory cabinetry, and custom woodworking projects for healthcare, education, corporate, and institutional clients throughout New England. If you have experience in cabinet making, woodworking, carpentry, finish carpentry, millwork, furniture assembly, CNC manufacturing, or shop fabrication, we'd like to speak with you. Responsibilities Assemble commercial casework and architectural millwork products. Read and interpret shop drawings and production documents. Operate woodworking machinery and assembly equipment. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Install hardware and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork components. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Assist with packaging, staging, and loading completed projects. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in cabinet making, woodworking, millwork, carpentry, furniture manufacturing, or related trades. Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings. Familiarity with woodworking equipment and power tools. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance when necessary. Comfortable working in a manufacturing and woodworking environment.
