What You'll Do Build custom cabinetry and architectural millwork Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications Operate woodworking equipment safely and efficiently Assemble and fit cabinetry with precision Maintain high quality standards throughout every project Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop Finishing and spray experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For Experience in custom cabinetry, mill work, or fine woodworking Strong attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship Ability to read shop drawings Dependable work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to producing quality work every day Compensation & Benefits Competitive wages for experienced cabinetmakers and custom woodworkers.
