Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Millwork & Woodshop Craftsman to join our woodworking and fabrication team. In this role, you will be hands-on in the production of high-quality millwork and custom wood products, including fabrication, assembly, and finishing. You will work closely with a skilled team to deliver precise, durable, and beautifully crafted work while maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the shop. Duties Perform hands-on fabrication, assembly, and finishing of millwork products including cabinets, doors, trim, siding, and custom fixtures Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute project specifications accurately Build, assemble, and install components with a high level of precision and craftsmanship Maintain quality control standards in all phases of fabrication and finishing Follow established safety protocols across all shop activities to ensure a safe working environment Support accurate estimating by providing input on materials, methods, and labor requirements for custom projects Collaborate with project teams as needed to ensure alignment between design intent and fabrication execution Requirements 10+ years of experience in custom millwork, cabinetry, or architectural woodworking Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications Extensive hands-on experience with fabrication, assembly, and finishing techniques Experience with CAD/CAM systems is a plus Strong understanding of precision measurement, joinery, and material handling Familiarity with general construction practices (roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical, concrete work) is a plus Knowledge of restoration and repair techniques (water damage, mold remediation, plaster, siding, fixture installation, etc.) is a plus Strong attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-oriented shop environment
Pay:
$40.00 - $57.00 per hour
