This includes removing factory-installed components and installing new ones per customer specifications and written instructions. Also supports training of junior installers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Install accessory components including graphics, PPF, splashguards, crossbars, remote starts, and more. Ensure installations meet customer specifications and dimensional technical standards. Follow FIFO scheduling and TAKT time requirements. Tag non-conforming materials and complete final inspection documentation. Comply with safety and environmental policies; report concerns. Train and mentor Accessory Installer 1 and new hires. Maintain clean work area and follow 5S standards. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

2-3 years of accessory installation, including custom graphics

Skills:

Fine motor skills and dexterity Ability to work independently Patience and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification 3-5 years of experience with complex graphic installations Advanced training and mentoring skills Working Conditions Manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals, robotics, and automotive components Must lift up to 50 lbs and work in flexible positions PPE required on production floor
