Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker / CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets and woodworking components using advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery, alongside traditional hand and power tools. Your expertise in interpreting construction plans, reading blueprints, and working with various wood construction materials will ensure precise fabrication and installation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to residential projects, restoration jobs, and custom cabinetry, all while working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment that values craftsmanship and innovation. Duties Operate CNC machines to accurately cut, carve, and shape wood components according to detailed construction plans and technical drawings Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, including saws, drills, sanders, and routers, ensuring high-quality finishes Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to produce precise cabinetry and woodwork pieces Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets, doors, trim, siding, flooring, drywall, and other wood-based fixtures on-site or in the workshop Conduct heavy lifting of materials safely while adhering to power tool safety protocols and workplace safety standards Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or cabinet making within residential or restoration industries Ability to interpret construction plans and technical drawings Skilled in operating woodworking machines such as saws, planers, sanders, and CNC machinery Familiarity with hand tools and power tools for woodworking along with a focus on power tool safety practices Experience with various wood construction materials including framing lumber, plywood, MDF, veneers Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during material handling or installation tasks Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship! Pay:
$21.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
