Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Installer to join our cabinet shop team. In this role, you will deliver and professionally install custom cabinetry projects, resulting in proper fit and function of the cabinetry units and the ultimate satisfaction of the client. Key Accountabilities Transport tools, materials, and cabinetry components to and from job sites in a safe and reliable manner Develop and manage installation delivery schedules in coordination with project managers, designers, and production teams Independently assemble and install custom cabinetry & millwork according to design specifications and shop drawings Make on‑site adjustments to ensure proper fit, alignment, and finish Perform minor touch‑ups and post‑installation repairs as needed Establish and maintain best‑in‑class installation standards Ensure all installations are level, plumb, and securely fastened with desired functionality Keep jobsite clean, follows all safety practices, and helps care for tools and equipment Communicate with clients as needed to ensure working conditions and installation is completed by specifications Key Competencies Skilled in complex, multi-faceted installation from cabinets, vanities, built-ins, millwork and other custom projects Proficiency in hand and power tools required for cabinet installation Strong scheduling, prioritization, and coordination skills Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and cabinetry components safely High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Works well with designers, production staff, other trades people, and clients to deliver flawlessly installed products Ability to solve problems creatively and expertly resolve issues as they arise onsite Strong collaborator who works seamlessly with designers, production staff, tradespeople, and clients to deliver high‑quality installations. Lead team in delivery & Install Clean driving record - ability to operate and drive a company vehicle safely Ability to travel within and around the Twin Cities metro area to various field sites
