- Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented, experienced Custom Cabinet Installer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets and related millwork with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets according to blueprints, schematics, and client specifications Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical plans to ensure accurate installation Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently on various job sites Perform trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, and siding work as needed to complete projects Ensure proper caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques are applied for a polished appearance Conduct heavy lifting of cabinet components and materials safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly Assist with remodeling, restoration industry projects, water damage restoration efforts, or other related tasks as required Follow all safety guidelines related to construction site experience Experience Proven 2+ years of experience in cabinet installation Strong background in construction estimating and blueprint reading for precise project execution Skilled in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, woodworking, metal stud framing and fixture installation Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools Knowledge of schematics for electrical systems or plumbing is advantageous but not required Familiarity with manufacturing processes or CNC fabrication techniques is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation tasks Prior experience working on construction sites involving siding, roofing or masonry projects is beneficial Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site during remodeling or restoration projects Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills in a fast-paced environment!
