Full Job Description Responsibilities :

Construct and assemble custom cabinets, casework, and fixtures based on detailed shop drawings and specifications. Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. Ensure products meet high-quality standards with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines. Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in cabinet making, millwork, or a related field. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Familiarity with woodworking tools, machinery, and safety protocols. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of materials and finished products up to 50 lbs. Bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching as needed to assemble and install components. Manual dexterity to handle small parts and precision tools. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently. Tolerance for exposure to dust, wood particles, noise, and shop environment (most PPE provided). Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug-test as a condition of employment.

Work Schedule :

Two available shifts: First Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm), Second Shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm) Monday through Friday Overtime/weekends may be required based on production needs
