Install gutters, downspouts, brackets, and related components on various building types following blueprints, schematics, or schematics provided. Use construction estimating skills to determine material quantities needed for each project efficiently. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate smooth installation processes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans. Conduct site inspections to ensure proper alignment, secure fastening, and overall quality of the gutter system. Collaborate with team members on remodeling, restoration, or masonry projects that may involve gutter work or related construction tasks. Skills Extensive experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques specific to gutter installation. Strong background in construction site experience with knowledge of roofing, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, masonry, plumbing, tile laying, stucco, and concrete forming. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise project execution. Skilled in caulking, trim carpentry, welding, metal fabrication, and masonry work as needed for custom gutter solutions. Knowledge of construction estimating to assess material needs and project scope effectively. Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques to handle large or bulky materials safely. Handyman experience covering diverse tasks such as restoration or remodeling projects involving gutters or related structures.
