Job Description
CUSTOM CABINET INSTALLER / FINISH CARPENTER
Western North Carolina, Upstate South Carolina, Highlands, Cashiers, Lake Toxaway $25-$30+ per hour based on experience (Top performers regularly earn above this range) Mountain Showcase is seeking an experienced Custom Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter to join our team installing custom cabinetry and millwork in luxury homes throughout Highlands, Cashiers, Lake Toxaway, Asheville, and surrounding Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina communities. What You'll Do- Install custom cabinetry, trim, moldings, architectural millwork, and decorative hardware.
- Use a company provided tablet to read and interpret shop drawings, installation documents and provide job status updates.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards.
- Work directly with project managers, builders, and homeowners.
- Identify and resolve field installation challenges.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or millwork installation experience.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and handle cabinetry and related materials. What We Offer
