Staircase and Handrail Installer

Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staircase construction and installation, with the ability to work effectively on various projects. This role requires hands-on experience and proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Duties Perform installation tasks. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine installation requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools for tasks. Collaborate with team members on restoration and remodeling projects to ensure timely completion. Operate heavy equipment safely when required for specific installations. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols on the construction site. Qualifications At least 2 years of work experience in staircase installation or a related field (ex. Trim carpentry, millwork carpentry, cabinet installation, etc.). Strong skills in reading Auto CAD drawings. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
