Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a wide range of building components, fixtures, and systems across various construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards of quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in multiple trades, and contribute to the successful completion of construction initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and eager to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks. Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, windows, glass panels, flooring, tile, and other building components with precision. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete installation tasks. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Assist with framing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, masonry work, and concrete finishing as needed. Manage the use of heavy equipment for lifting or moving materials on-site while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate installation schedules and resolve on-site issues promptly. Skills Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, trim carpentry tools, masonry tools, and fabrication equipment. Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing installations, roofing techniques, and concrete forming is highly desirable. Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and inspection protocols. Ability to operate power tools including saws, drills, grinders, and heavy machinery safely. Strong background in various trades such as carpentry (frame and trim), flooring installation (tile or hardwood), restoration work, and fixture installation.
