Key Responsibilities:

Assist with cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components using hand tools and power tools Support framing, trim carpentry, and cabinetry installation projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and customer orders to ensure accurate work Perform heavy lifting and material handling safely Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols Support fabrication tasks including CNC machining and assembly processes Learn to operate various tools including hand tools, power tools, and specialized woodworking equipment

Requirements:

Prior experience or hands-on training in carpentry or woodworking preferred but not required Ready and willing to be trained Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures Consistent, reliable attendance Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instruction Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
