We're looking for an experienced cabinet maker who can also help with installation — someone with real woodworking skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to make good decisions on the job. You'll build, assemble, and finish custom cabinetry in our shop, help check projects before they go out, and assist with on-site installation when needed. You'll also communicate with clients and installers to confirm details like finishes, hardware, and design accuracy.
What You'll Do:
→ Build, assemble, and finish custom cabinetry to spec → Assist with on-site installation when needed → Review projects before they leave the shop → Communicate with English-speaking clients and installers → Help keep projects on schedule and organized
What We Need From You:
✓ 3+ years cabinet making/woodworking experience ✓ Must be willing to help with installation on-site ✓ Bilingual English/Spanish a plus ✓ CNC experience or willingness to learn ✓ Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work ✓ Reliable, proactive, and problem-solving mindset

Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): When installing custom cabinets on-site, what are the first 3 things you check before securing the cabinet permanently, and why? Are you able and willing to assist with on-site cabinet installation (including measuring, adjustments, and problem-solving in the field)? Please describe any installation experience. What specific tools, machinery, or processes have you personally used in cabinet making (e.g., table saw, edge bander, CNC, finishing, etc. What type of cabinet have you built (frameless, face-frame, inset, overlay), and what are the key differences in how each one is constructed and fitted?
