Wilmington Blinds & More designs and installs premium custom closets, pantries, garage systems, mudrooms, laundry rooms, and Murphy beds throughout the greater Wilmington area. We're looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, pays close attention to detail, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values both its employees and its customers. This position requires heavy lifting and physical work throughout the day. Responsibilities Install custom closets, pantries, garage systems, laundry rooms, and Murphy beds Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Read installation plans and complete projects with precision Troubleshoot installation challenges and develop practical solutions Maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality control Communicate professionally and confidently with homeowners Protect clients' homes and leave every project clean and organized Work collaboratively with a supportive team Take pride in delivering craftsmanship that exceeds customer expectations Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience installing custom closets, cabinetry, finish carpentry, millwork, or similar products Skilled with hand and power tools Strong carpentry and mechanical aptitude Excellent problem-solving skills Outstanding attention to detail Professional communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials throughout the workday Why Join Wilmington Blinds & More?
