Position Summary The Cabinet Framer is a skilled trades position responsible for building precise and structurally sound cabinet frames that serve as the foundation for finished custom cabinetry. This role requires hands on experience with cabinet construction methods, woodworking machinery, and technical shop processes. The Cabinet Framer plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and consistency Kruse Cabinets is known for by producing accurate frames that support downstream finishing and installation work. This position is best suited for someone who understands the technical nature of cabinet building and takes pride in detailed craftsmanship. Responsibilities Construct custom cabinet frames according to shop drawings and specifications Measure, cut, assemble, and secure materials with a high degree of accuracy Operate woodworking machinery and shop equipment safely and effectively Interpret technical drawings, measurements, and build requirements Inspect completed frames to ensure quality, consistency, and structural integrity Collaborate with shop team members to meet production schedules Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company standards Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience building and working with cabinets in a professional shop environment Strong understanding of cabinet construction techniques and materials Experience using woodworking machines and power tools required for cabinet framing Ability to read and work from detailed drawings and measurements High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks associated with shop work Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
