We design, manufacture, and install custom storage solutions including closets, garages, pantries, home offices, entertainment centers, and more. We're currently growing and moving into a newly designed facility featuring improved workflow, new equipment, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. This is an opportunity to join a stable company that values hard work, professionalism, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Install custom closets, cabinets, and storage systems in customers' homes Read installation drawings and job paperwork Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Perform finish carpentry and trim work as needed Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Help ensure every installation meets company quality standards What We're Looking For Experience in cabinet installation, finish carpentry, remodeling, construction, or related trades preferred Comfortable using common hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift and carry materials as required Who Succeeds Here The people who thrive on our team: Show up on time Take pride in their work Communicate clearly Work well with others Solve problems instead of creating them Continuously look for ways to improve You don't need to know everything.
