SummaryKolding Cabinetry is hiring a Custom Cabinet Maker to assist in daily operations in our high-end custom cabinet shop. This is a hands-on role ideal for a skilled and motivated craftsman who takes pride in high-quality, custom built cabinetry and millwork.

We build custom cabinetry and millwork to orderno mass production. Located in Omaha, this role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a steady stream of projects.

ResponsibilitiesConstruct custom cabinets according to specifications.

Utilize CNC machinery for precise cutting and shaping of materials.

Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD plans, and architectural renderingsCut, assemble, and finish hardwoods, plywood, laminates, and solid surface materialsOperate woodworking machinery: table saws, edge banders, shapers, wide belt sanders, jointers, drill press, CNC equipment, and moreEnsure all work meets high-quality standards and project specificationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceRead and interpret schematics to ensure accurate assembly and installation.

Assist with inventory tracking and material handlingCollaborate with teammates to meet daily production goalsConserve materials and use tools responsibly to minimize wasteRequirementsProven experience as a cabinet maker or similar role in woodworking.

Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and woodworking tools.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship skills.

Good communication skills and teamwork.
