Job Description
Lead Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter Build Something Better With Us Closet Factory Omaha is growing, and we're looking for skilled installers and finish carpenters who take pride in their work. We're currently moving into a brand-new facility with new equipment, improved workflow, and a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. If you're looking for a long-term career where your craftsmanship matters and your work is appreciated, we'd like to talk with you. This is not a production construction job. Every project is custom. Every installation is different. We are looking for professionals who enjoy solving problems, delivering quality work, and creating an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Install custom closets, garages, home offices, pantries, entertainment centers, and storage systems Read drawings and installation paperwork Load and unload materials safely Perform finish carpentry and trim work as needed Maintain a clean and professional jobsite Communicate with customers professionally Represent the company with pride and professionalism What We're Looking For Experience with cabinet installation, finish carpentry, millwork, remodeling, or related trades Ability to read a tape measure and use hand and power tools confidently Strong problem-solving skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to lift and carry materials as required Our Culture We're building a team based on: Clear communication Accountability Continuous improvement Teamwork Pride in craftsmanship We're looking for people who: Show up on time Take ownership of their work Care about quality Communicate well with customers and teammates Want to grow professionally This position is probably not a good fit if you need constant supervision, cut corners, blame others for mistakes, or are simply looking for a paycheck.
