Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Seamless Gutter Installer and play a vital role in enhancing the protection and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters, ensuring precise measurements, and following blueprint specifications to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in construction techniques, use of hand and power tools, and ability to interpret technical drawings will drive your success. Duties Measure and mark installation areas accurately using tape measures, levels, and blueprints to ensure proper fit and function of seamless gutters Install gutters, downspouts, brackets, hangers, and related components with precision, utilizing hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Follow construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to meet project specifications and quality standards Prepare surfaces by cleaning or repairing existing structures such as fascia boards or trim before installation Use ladder safety protocols to access elevated areas while maintaining stability and safety at all times Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project completion Conduct inspections of completed work to verify proper drainage flow, secure fittings, and adherence to blueprint details Qualifications Proven experience in gutter installation or related construction fields such as roofing, carpentry, or masonry Strong knowledge of construction management principles, blueprint reading, and interpreting schematics Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, tape measures, levels, and other construction equipment Familiarity with bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is a plus for reviewing plans electronically Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately and follow detailed construction plans or remodeling schematics Experience with construction site safety practices including ladder use and working at heights Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients during installations Additional experience in plumbing, electrical work, tile masonry, or concrete finishing is advantageous but not required Join us in delivering top-tier gutter solutions that protect properties while showcasing craftsmanship!
