Job Description
A&J Flooring Kitchen & Bath is a growing remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and complete home renovations. We are looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant to join our team and help homeowners bring their remodeling visions to life. Responsibilities Meet with customers in our showroom and at their homes Design kitchens, bathrooms, and other remodeling projects Create layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software Assist customers with cabinet, countertop, flooring, tile, and fixture selections Prepare project estimates and proposals Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships Coordinate with project managers, installers, and vendors Manage projects from initial consultation through final sale Achieve monthly sales and design goals Qualifications Previous experience in kitchen and bath design preferred Experience with 2020 Design, ProKitchen, Chief Architect, or similar software preferred Strong sales and customer service skills Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, and remodeling products Ability to read floor plans and measurements Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive base salary Opportunity to earn six-figure income Established showroom with qualified leads Supportive team environment Employee discounts on products and services Paid vacation and holidays Growth opportunities within a growing company
