  • Full-time About Us Closettec is a family-owned custom closet and cabinetry company that has been serving New Jersey homeowners for over 37 years.
We design, manufacture, and install custom closets, home offices, mudrooms, laundry rooms, pantries, garages, entertainment centers, and built-in cabinetry. All of our products are manufactured in-house at our Manalapan facility and professionally installed by our team. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service on every project. We are currently seeking an experienced Custom Closet & Cabinet Installer to join our growing team. Responsibilities Install custom closets, cabinetry, built-ins, and storage systems in residential homes Read and follow installation drawings and layouts Assemble and install cabinetry with a high level of accuracy and craftsmanship Perform adjustments and minor finish carpentry as needed Load and unload materials safely Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field Ensure all work meets Closettec quality standards QualificationsRequired Minimum 1-2 years of cabinetry, closet installation, finish carpentry, or related experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to read a tape measure accurately Experience using hand tools and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds Professional attitude and customer service skills Preferred Custom closet installation experience Cabinet installation experience Finish carpentry experience Residential construction experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Year-round work Paid holidays and vacation time Opportunities for advancement Family-oriented work environment Consistent schedule High-quality custom projects
