In this role, you'll fabricate custom millwork and cabinetry to spec, with occasional on-site installation work. We're looking for someone who knows their way around shop machinery and takes pride in precise, high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Fabricate custom millwork and cabinetry from shop drawings and blueprints Operate and safely maintain shop machinery (table saws, panel saws, edgebanders, routers, and similar equipment) Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood and wood-composite materials to precise specifications Assist with occasional on-site installation of finished millwork Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Work with the shop team to meet production deadlines Maintain log of material and supplies on the shop to ensure continuous work flow Unload deliveries of supplies and material Requirements Proven experience fabricating millwork or cabinetry in a shop environment Solid working knowledge of shop machinery and hand tools Ability to read and work from shop drawings/blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to lift and move materials, and to travel occasionally to job sites for installation Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills in a vibrant environment that values quality work.
