In this role, you will be responsible for crafting custom cabinets, laminating surfaces, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship throughout every project. Your expertise in fabrication, and installation will contribute to delivering exceptional results for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, attention to detail to bring design visions to life. Responsibilities Cut, assemble, and finish custom cabinets using a variety of hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency Laminate surfaces, MDF, plywood panels Install cabinets, fixtures, doors, trim carpentry elements, and related hardware on-site or in manufacturing environments Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, sanding, and finishing to meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace; adhere to safety protocols at all times during fabrication and installation processes Requirements Proven experience in cabinetry fabrication, laminate application, or related carpentry fields with a focus on custom projects Strong knowledge laminating variety of materials. Proficiency with hand tools (saws, chisels, drills), power tools (routers, sanders), (if applicable), and fabrication equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in cabinet installation and finishing touches Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients; ability to read detailed schematics or blueprints accurately Join us if you're passionate about woodworking craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills in a fast-paced environment.
