We specialize in custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, mouldings, veneer panels, wall systems, beams, wrapped components, and specialty wood products for commercial, hospitality, retail, and high-end residential projects throughout the Southwest. This position is ideal for a skilled woodworker who takes pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and producing high-quality custom products. The successful candidate will work directly with our Production Manager and Production Lead to fabricate exceptional architectural wood products and help maintain Woodstock's high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and efficiency. Responsibilities Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble custom cabinetry, mouldings, architectural millwork, wall systems, beams, and specialty wood products Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, cut lists, and technical drawings Operate woodworking equipment including table saws, shapers, moulders, edgebanders, CNC routers, sanders, and other fabrication machinery Apply veneers, laminates, hardwoods, MDF, and specialty materials Assemble cabinets, architectural panels, mouldings, and custom millwork components Install hardware, doors, drawer systems, and specialty architectural features Perform sanding, surface preparation, quality inspections, and finishing touch-ups Maintain production schedules while meeting Woodstock's quality standards Assist with problem-solving and fabrication challenges Assist team members as needed to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule Safely lift, move, and handle materials and finished products Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, or custom fabrication Ability to independently fabricate projects from plans and shop drawings Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and fabrication processes Experience operating woodworking machinery and power tools Experience with veneers, laminates, hardwoods, MDF, and architectural panel products Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift materials throughout the workday Forklift certification is a plus CNC, finishing, and spray booth experience are a plus Position Overview This is a senior-level production position with no direct supervisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled craftsman who leads by example through quality workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail while working under the direction of the Production Lead and Production Manager.
