What You'll Do:

As a Cabinet Finisher, you'll play an essential role in delivering the beautiful, high-quality finishes our clients expect.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare cabinetry and wood components by sanding, cleaning, masking, and prepping surfaces Apply stains, paints, sealers, glazes, and clear finishes using HVLP spray equipment and other finishing techniques Inspect finished products throughout the finishing process to ensure exceptional quality Work closely with our cabinet makers to achieve flawless finished products Maintain a clean, organized, and safe finishing area Follow all safety procedures when working with finishing materials and equipment Take pride in producing cabinetry that reflects Arbor Craft's commitment to craftsmanship Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regulary

Who We're Looking For:
