What You'll Do:
As a Cabinetmaker, you'll build custom cabinetry from the ground up, working alongside a talented team to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind projects.
Responsibilities include:
Read, interpret, and implement shop drawings Build and assemble custom cabinetry and furniture with precision and attention to detail Identify and resolve construction or assembly challenges as they arise Safely operate woodworking machinery, including table saws, miter saws, routers, jointers, planers, band saws, and hand tools Assist with sanding, prepping, masking, and other finishing support as needed Inspect completed cabinetry to ensure exceptional quality Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Assist with shop organization and material inventory Take pride in producing cabinetry that reflects Arbor Craft's commitment to craftsmanship
Who We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate: Has cabinet shop, woodworking, or millwork experience Can confidently read and interpret shop drawings Has experience operating common woodworking machinery and hand tools Takes pride in producing exceptional quality work Is dependable, motivated, and self-driven Has strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Works well independently and as part of a team Can safely lift and move cabinet components weighing 50+ pounds Wants to build a long-term career with a growing company Why Join Sierra Unlimited Construction?
