Overview Join our dynamic team as a Glazier/Installer and become a vital part of transforming spaces with expert glass and fixture installations! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, from commercial storefronts to residential remodels, ensuring precision and quality every step of the way. As a key player in our installation crew, you'll utilize your skills in glass handling, framing, and finishing to deliver exceptional results that enhance our clients' environments. Duties Measure, cut, fabricate, and install glass panels, windows, doors, and custom fixtures according to project specifications and schematics Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and securing materials Perform metal stud framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and fixture setup to ensure precise fit and finish Apply caulking and construction painting techniques to seal joints and prepare surfaces for final presentation Assist with remodeling projects by providing handyman services such as drywall repair, metal stud framing, or general assembly tasks Lift heavy glass panels and materials safely while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols Requirements will train in glass installation, construction site work, or related trades such as carpentry or remodeling Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., chisels, screwdrivers) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) with safety awareness Knowledge of fabrication processes including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials for custom projects Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring and fitting components precisely Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced construction environmentsJoin us in delivering top-tier craftsmanship while enjoying a collaborative work environment that values your skills!
