In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for installing premium millwork, including cabinetry, trim, doors, and decorative wood features, ensuring flawless craftsmanship and attention to detail. You'll work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver exceptional results on high-end residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes. Install custom cabinetry, woodwork, moldings, doors, fixtures, siding, and other millwork components with precision. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, assemble, and secure materials on-site. Perform heavy lifting of materials and components while maintaining safety protocols at all times. Ensure all installations meet quality standards, specifications, and client expectations through meticulous craftsmanship. Coordinate with project teams to schedule installations and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials and adhering to safety regulations throughout each project. Requirements Proven experience in high-end carpentry or millwork installation within the restoration industry or luxury construction projects. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and fabrication techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex installations. Construction site experience with a focus on high-end residential or commercial projects Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients; ability to read detailed schematics or schematics is essential.
