This role involves building high-end, custom cabinetry and millwork from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong craftsmanship, takes pride in precision, and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a small shop environment. Key Responsibilities Interpret shop drawings, plans, and specifications to build custom cabinetry, built-ins, and wood components. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and wood-based materials using table saws, planers, routers, edge banders, CNC equipment, and hand tools. Construct and assemble cabinet boxes, face frames, drawers, doors, and specialty pieces to exact specifications. Perform joinery, sanding, and fitting to ensure high-quality finishes and durability. Install hardware such as hinges, slides, pulls, and specialty mechanisms. Collaborate with designers, drafters, and production leads to clarify details and resolve build challenges. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Inspect work for accuracy, fit, and finish before it moves to finishing or installation. Assist with occasional on-site installs or delivery prep, when needed. Follow production schedules and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications Required:

3+ years of experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, or fine woodworking. Proficiency with woodworking machinery, hand tools, and cabinet construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cut lists. Strong understanding of joinery, assembly, and material selection. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities. Good communication with coworkers and supervisors. Time management and efficiency without sacrificing quality. Pride in craftsmanship and continuous improvement mindset. Work Environment & Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday (with occasional overtime based on project demand). 6500 sq. ft. custom shop with collaborative team environment.
