Role:

Cabinet Installer As a Kitchen Cabinet Installer, you will join the Bath & Cabinet Experts team as we expand into the kitchen remodeling space. You'll play a key role in transforming outdated kitchens into modern, refreshed spaces while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Compensation:

Earn 75k-110k annually with career growth opportunities

Training:

Paid, on-the-job training. Through our Installation Training program, you will learn all the skills needed to become a lead installer

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Install cabinet refacing systems in residential kitchens, typically completed within 2-3 days Apply veneers, replace cabinet doors and drawer fronts, and install new hardware using precise measurements and finishing techniques Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment in customers' homes Adhere to installation standards while installing and performing service requests as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, or finish work is preferred Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment Ability to handle physical workload and consistently lift 50+ pounds Detail-oriented with the ability to measure and cut materials accurately Ability to provide excellent customer service Must have a valid driver's license
