Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Cabinet Installer/Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of custom cabinets, ensuring accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong carpentry skills, experience with cabinet installations, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. You must be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities :
Install cabinets and custom millwork according to design specifications and project plans Measure, cut, and fit cabinetry and trim accurately using hand and power tools Ensure proper alignment and leveling of cabinets for a professional finish Perform minor repairs and adjustments to existing cabinetry as needed Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project expectations are met Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a cabinet installer or carpenter (minimum 3 years) Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials Proficiency with tools and equipment used in cabinet installation Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation If you're a motivated and experienced carpenter looking to take your skills to the next level, apply today!
