What You'll Do Read and interpret cabinet drawings and specifications Build custom cabinetry to precise measurements and quality standards Operate woodworking equipment including saws, routers, jointers, shapers, drills, and hand tools Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and high-quality output What We're Looking For Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with wood Ability to read a tape measure accurately Familiarity with hand tools and woodworking machinery (preferred, not required) Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Willingness to learn and grow within the role Why Join Swiss Woodcraft?
