Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic cabinet shop team as a Laborer, where your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will contribute to crafting high-quality cabinetry and woodwork. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring smooth project progress. Whether you're experienced in construction or eager to learn, your energy and dedication will help bring custom projects to life. All positions are paid, providing valuable experience and growth opportunities within the restoration and manufacturing industries. Responsibilities Assist with framing, drywall installation, and preparation for cabinet installation Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery safely and efficiently Support the fabrication, assembly, and installation of cabinets, doors, siding, and fixtures Handle heavy lifting of materials such as rebar, lumber, and concrete forms while maintaining safety standards Read blueprints, schematics, and schematics to aid in accurate project execution Contribute to restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold remediation, and general repairs Support tasks related to roofing, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, and plastering as needed Experience Prior construction site experience or hands-on work in carpentry or manufacturing environments preferred Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation is a plus Experience with trim carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, or fixture installation is advantageous Knowledge of water damage restoration industry practices or remodeling projects is beneficial Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate various hand tools and power tools effectively Experience in the restoration industry or handyman work enhances your fit for this role Join us to build a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible impact!
