Primary Job Functions:

Customer Service (help customers find what they need in a professional and courteous manner) Help with tool and grill assembly and tool repairs Cut keys Re-key locks Measure and cut rope, wire, and chain Cut glass and plexiglass Re-sharpen chainsaw blades Build replacement window screens Maintain, organize, and clean the Service Center Department Small engine quotes and repairs, where applicable

Secondary Job Functions:

Help load merchandise for customers Help order merchandise Clean and straighten fixtures and merchandise Keep aisles and floors clear of obstructions Stock shelves Check in freight Answer telephone Professional communication skills

Qualifications:

Good attitude, friendly H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred Ability to work flexible hours; including evenings, weekends, and holidays STIHL training is a plus Knowledge and usage of products and equipment Good math skills Ability to read a tape measure Good physical condition for lifting
