We are looking for someone who has spent years installing custom cabinetry, takes pride in exceptional workmanship, and is ready for the next step in their career. This person will begin by leading a single installation crew and working hands-on in the field. As our installation operation grows, they will help develop additional crews, establish installation standards, train new team members, and build the systems needed to create a dependable, high-quality department. Qualifications Extensive experience installing custom cabinetry. Strong understanding of cabinet construction, layout, and jobsite installation methods. Ability to read and interpret cabinet drawings, floor plans, elevations, and job specifications. Proven ability to lead others and take responsibility for the quality and completion of a project. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in the field. Clear and professional communication skills. Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. A stable employment history that demonstrates reliability, consistency, and long-term commitment. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to craftsmanship. Ability to work respectfully and professionally in occupied homes and active construction environments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This is an opportunity for an experienced installer to do more than complete installations. You will have a meaningful role in shaping how Boxwood installs cabinets, serves its clients, and grows its installation team. The right person will be a skilled problem-solver, a strong communicator, and a dependable leader who knows how to take ownership of an installation from start to finish.
