Job Description

Trillium Pacific Millwork is seeking a talented and driven Craftsman Woodworker to join our growing custom shop. This hands-on role involves crafting high-quality wood products such as countertops, decorative panels, and specialty items. We're looking for someone who not only enjoys the craft but also thrives in a team environment where precision, communication, and initiative matter. Compensation:
$20 - $28 hour
DOE Responsibilities:
Some of the responsibilities include: Use routers, orbital sanders, and hand tools to fabricate and finish custom woodwork Perform high-quality finishing work, including sanding, sealing, staining, and top-coating Read and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Work independently and collaboratively to complete a wide variety of custom projects Help develop and refine production methods for repeatable product lines Contribute creatively to new product development and prototyping Follow all safety protocols and actively promote a safe, organized work environment
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in woodworking, millwork, or related craft trades Proven skills in finishing techniques and surface preparation Strong knowledge of woodworking methods, materials, and tools Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude U.S. work authorization required About Company Our company is an architectural millwork manufacturing business located in the Pacific Northwest.
