Job Requirements:

Achieve major operational KPI's Maintain and serve our CRM system Ensure all jobs are ready in a timely manner Arrange maintenance of all fleet vehicles and company equipment Recruit, train, and motivate Factory, Installation, & Cut List personnel

Qualifications:

Experience in a cabinet/woodworking environment Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Exceptional communication skills Continuous improvement mindset Keen eye for detail Candidates must pass a background check and drug test before employment.
