Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for woodworkers to fill a variety of positions. We build stairs and other custom wood products. We also supply door and trim packages to builders, remodelers and homeowners. Pay is dependent upon level of experience and which position you're filling. Opening in processingTrim Orders:
You will need to know/learn moulding profiles and types of materials. You will need strong math or calculator skills for guidance in achieving correct footage. You will need to have a basic knowledge of operating a variety of hand tools, table saws, sanders, etc. Opening forStair Shop:
Cutting parts and assembling stairs. No experience necessary but you must be able to read all lines on a tape measure. Opening for aCustom Woodworker:
This position involves building custom wood projects such as doors, fireplace surrounds, custom mouldings, cabinets etc. Shift hours are 5am- 3:30pm Mon-Thurs Duties for all of these positions:
- Utilize hand tools and woodworking machines for cutting, finishing and assembling projects.
- Read and follow shop drawings
- Ensure all work meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area Pre-employment drug screen required.
